>When Trump wants to round up 11 million Mexican's - ship them somewhere, and then build a giant wall to keep them out - that sounds like ethnic cleansing to me.
>
>11 million Mexican's what? 11 million Mexican's toe nails? I assume that you really meant 11 million Mexicans.
>Everyone is entitled to the wrong opinion.

No it is 11 as in eleven. Its a fact not an opinion.

>People are dependent on the government because despite working a full time job (or two) you still don't have enough money to live. The disparity between the haves and the have-nots is higher that it ever has been in the history of the country - INCLUDING the 30's depression.

>There are also a lot of them who are dependent on the government because they are too lazy to work. I have met several of them face to face.

That is the myth that the rich people who don't want to pay taxes say Marcia. Of course we can't say "all poor people" - but we can for sure say "almost all poor people" or at least "most poor people". There have been bums forever - but I'm not talking about these few people.
It reminds me of the infamous Kansas City cheese. At one time someone donated a whole bunch of cheese to the city (a couple of tons of it) so that it could be handed out to people who needed it. What eventually ended up happening is that the leaders fought and fought about how to dispense the cheese to make sure that only the people who realllly deserved a piece of cheese got a piece of cheese. What ended up happening is that these idiots fought about it for so damn long that all the cheese rotted and no one got a piece of cheese. It is 2015 ..almost 2016..and I honestly thing you've lost touch with the way things really are for poor people these days and the endless hole of poverty that can happen now. It's not the 1970's anymore.

>I'm not suggesting not to blame the person who owns the gun - but what I am saying is perhaps the guy shouldn't own the damn gun to begin with. If I remember right Massachusetts is the only state that requires those trigger lock thinys - and seeing how a toddler a week caps someone with a gun, perhaps other status should follow Massachusetts lead on this. More gun control, stricter gun laws, more limits on ownership, fewer guns - these things work.

>We already have plenty of gun laws on the books. Maybe it would be a good idea to enforce some of the existing laws before creating new ones.

Enforcing is a good start - but obviously we do not have enough gun laws on the books - look at how many guns and how many people are being shot and killed. Now look at other countries at how many people get shot and killed in them. We need fewer guns, better databases of the guns AND the ammo...thus more laws. And frankly that says a lot coming from me as I generally think we have too many laws. Great example is the one I mentioned about the gun trigger lock thingy - only one state has it..
I think that if you empowered the people vs the lobbyist and the NRA, that we would have better laws and better gun control, and fewer guns. This could happen by getting these things on a ballot and letting the people decide. I think Bernie Sanders has the best chance of pulling something like this off .
