>Sadly that's sometimes not always easy to do. If you have 100,000's .pdf files already you're kinda stuck with it. At that point your best bet is to have a good system admin who controls all the updates to the windows machines on the network and knows what he's doing when he pushes the updates. If the users have admin rights..then sooner or later something like will happen. Really bad move my Adobe though. Based on their track record I understand how it would be on your "no more" list.
