Whether you have these files or not, and where they reside on your machine, depends on two settings on your machine, Set Resource On/Off, and Set Resource to yourfilename. You may set these in Config.fpw, in Tools->Options->File Locations or directly in the registry.

You typically want these files during development since they make VFP remember a lot of stuff, but not in your apps.
