Watch SET EXACT in case your seek values are not consistent- since ICD-9 has a (sort of ) hierarchy you can get quiet mis-seeks, e.g. depending on exact characteristics of the fullrx index you might see issues re upper/lower case for the V code, exclusion/exclusion of the period, absence of one or more last digits.
