Yes, it looks like a good course. And I also found another one "Introduction to the ASP.NET Web API" by Jon Flanders, which I started watching a few minutes ago. I see now that I should not be looking for the "Web Services" as the key word, since apparently the technology is now referred to as Web API.
Thank you.

>>Hi,
>>
>>I am looking through Pluralsight courses (I have an annual subscription) for a basic/newbie course on Web Services with REST (as was suggested to me in another UT thread). I found a course "Introduction to ASP.NET Web Services" by John Sonmez published in 2013. I don't want to go through the course and at the end realize that I am learning an older technology. My question is, was the "REST" (and I really don't know what it is) already part of Web Services in 2013? Or should I look for another course? (Actually I found a couple of courses on REST but not word of "Web Services" in the title of those courses).
