When I included my email address, I got an incredible amount of spam. Now I don't include it (even *cleverly* disguised) and I don't spammed (as badly).

As for the spam posted to the ng: MS has been doing a pretty good job of filtering the worst of it out. It is a constant battle for them, though, I'm sure.
