Did you install VisualStudio6 on the machines? If so there's an entry in the one of the HTM files on the CD that shows you two registry entries you need to change to stop the dialup at boot time.

>i installed ie4.01 and created a dialup-network into one dell desktop and two dell notebooks. then, i restart the computer. when the window95 startup, the dialup-network was open automatically. i must click 'ok' to dial or 'cancel' to exit. eveytime i start the window95, the dial-up network will be open automatically, unless i delete the dial-ip network from the computers.
