The animal control guy should have known better: once the cat on a leash wound himself around the man's leg and got stuck, of course it was going to fight and bite. Let go, dude, and/or don't let it wind itself up on your leg. Have to say, the transformation from the alleged loving "pet of the week" to a biting wildcat was pretty cool.
