>>Today my adult kids are at home, for Thanksgiving holidays. And they both are in their rooms and I am pretty sure that wireless works for them (or they would kick me out of the house :)). But I cannot connect to the wireless router. I get frequent messages that the signal is weak and it connect and then disconnects. And since my home office is very close to the router I connected my notebook with the router using a CAT 5 cable. Hence I can read and write here.

>>My questions, am I having a problem because the kids and the wife are on the wireless internet too?

>Like Viv I'd suspect your device. Have you another wireless device you can try . Happy thanksgiving btw

Thank you. No, I only have this computer (where I am typing now) and one wireless router. I will try later when kids start watching football and get away from their Macs.
