>No. Customer is a controller. In MVC you don't reference actual files, but routes. The route determines the controller and action to take. The default is to use the controller and action in the actual URL. So http://www.someurl.com/customers/edit/23, customers is the controller, edit is the action.

So, I assume some changes are required at the IIS level so it would recognize that.
