It's a generic VFP dialog. You can't edit it because something in memory still has a reference to it.
CLEAR ALL
RELEASE ALL
may remove the reference

If I select "Remove" all is fine, but if I select "Ignore", any attempt to edit the code brings the dialog back. I realize why it is there, but I can not determine a time I would want to Ignore when I am editing.
