You mean you have some text in upper case and you wanted in lower case? you can select the text (CTRL-A for all of it) and then CTRL-U will change all the selected text in lower case, CTRL-SHIFT-U will convert all the lower case text into upper case, and this you can do it several programs, VFP, Notepad++ (not in notepad thou) and VS2012
