3 years ago I would have jumped at it. Today I think having your relevant data NOT in the cloud, but on USB3 stick or external HD is the key (just say NO to everybody wanting to store your data while being able to peek at them), as a basic VM to access the data can be there as well.

Win desktop on that screen should be impossble at least for me, something like Lenovo Yoga 8' Tablet 2 would be smallest self contained device.
