Here is even more bizarre thing.

My colleague is having an issue on the QA server (e.g. the same prompt and the ng-dirty flag) while I do have it in local environment but do not have the same behavior accessing the same QA server site.

We both running the same version of GC although he has more extensions than I do. Also, I am currently having troubles with Windows Updates which I'm going to work now with our IT person. He is on a newer build of Windows 10.

Other than that, it's really weird that I only have the problem in my local environment but not QA while he has it at both. In the problem itself also makes very little sense.
