Overkill. Windows 10 includes WIndows Defender. It does pretty much the same thing as third party AV tools.

>Got the problem resolved with the help of our IT guy. He disabled Trend Micro antivirus, installed Semantec instead. After that Windows Updates finally downloaded all it needed and updated my Windows to the recent build.
