I am continue talking to myself :).
I downloaded a program from the web that extracts icons from .exe files (called IconsExtract). Than I ran it against my executable program and it extracted an icon of a much larger size than what I set to include in my VFP 9 project. And it does look like a Fox head. Very odd.
