At the same time, Sheldon Silver, the leader of the other legislative house, has been caught red-handed and will be following shortly.

Nothing new here. Joseph Bruno, one of Skelo's predecessors as New York's senate leader, was also convicted of bribe-taking.

In New Jersey, the list of felons convicted while in office is too long to enumerate here.

Illinois seems to favor felonious governors.

In Washington, we are probably going to elect a woman who, while she lived in the White House, rented out the Lincoln bedroom to the highest bidder and sold pardons to billionaires while her husband dallied with interns.

So.. how bad could Trump be?
