In my estimate the # of noncombatants killed in Mesopotamia (and the rising percentage of those beginning with WWII) coupled with the helplessness against bombs and drones fills the reservoir those labeled psychopaths emerge from. Not seeing myself as a blue-eyed do-gooder, only trying to find a rational (and working!) course of action.
