The plural of "anecdote" is not "data." Yes, your parents and grandparents (and mine) didn't go around shooting people. Neither do the vast majority of Muslim immigrants. But there were Jewish mobsters; are all Jews responsible for that? And if not, why are all Muslims responsible for the few criminals among them?
