I think you're right on this. One thing to note is that this nutcase was reciting what the republican candidates were saying about planned parenthood during their first debate. Sure the guy was somewhat unbalanced to begin with - but make no mistake that this kind of hate oriented speech is indeed an incubator.

I did not see anything hate oriented about the candidates speaking out about what they believe in. They were not calling for people to go put and shoot up planned parenthood. They were talking about defunding the organization and that is not hate mongering. That's the problem with most liberals today: they think that the first amendment applied only to people who agree with them...
