"Cause for concern" is a bit undefined. There is clear evidence that more than a few jihadists would prefer taking each more than a handful of infidels with them. Also granted that Americans occupy one of the top spots of targets not specified by other reasons.

But on which place of your personal risk scale is the probability of getting caught in a terrorist act? How much of your tax dollars are needed (home and abroad) to keep that probability low?
