>We are setting up a web page query of a visual foxpro database. Would it be possible to run say NT with its built in web server and several VFP instances on one machine ?
You're looking at one right now. More information can be found from my reply to the other Web message like this one in the other category.
Running multiple instances is a limitation of what techniques and tools you are gonna use. Just make sure that the tools you're gonna use is able to handle multiple instances. If you are going for that, then make sure you have at least 2 processors so you can benefit of those multiple instances.
>Also anyone have experience in writing ActiveX things for web pages. eg button that glows when the mouse passes over it ?
You don't necessary have to use ActiveX components.
You can read my lecture on using Visual FoxPro as an Internet resources in the VFUG Lectures section for more information.
