First, I would (try to) make the form a bit smaller on the vertical.

Alternately, I would set the Start bar to "Auto Hide".

>When using the form's scroll bar and I have both a menu and toolbars on the form, I can't see the bottom arrow on the scroll bar unless I move the start tray out of the way. Another method to get to the arrow of the scrool bar is to move the start tray upward about 2 inches on the screen and then the end of the scroll bar is visible. Then i can reposition the tray and everything works fine.
