I made a try to this class 2 days ago.
if i understand the problem is on scrollbars visibility.(prefereable to post a code, its better than speechs ! even i am some desoriented with the structure of this site)
The SBC class is a scrolling container with a Viewframe as Container and a clientArea as a container.
All objects you add must be in clienArea.
To make the scrollbars (V,H or V+H) appear you must use the resize class method.
you have also the mouseWheel to go fast up or down.
can add with bindevent the mouseWheel on objects contained in the scrolling container.
