Yes, the lie, but it was more than that.
While it's probably true (if all the rumors are true, these guys had amazing testosterone) that other presidents have dallied while in office, as far as we know none of them took advantage of White House interns.
That's a really cruddy thing to do.
True to form, the repubs snatched defeat from the jaws of victory and made fools out of themselves trying to impeach him but that doesn't diminish the fact that he showed himself to be human detritus.

Any doubts about that were erased by the pardons he issued when leaving office.
Hillary had to be in on them. Some of her close friends were involved.
These people rented out the Lincoln bedroom!
Then as a cherry on the cake, they pilfered some china from the White House on the way out.

A lot of good things came out of the boomer generation, but anyone who wants to see the bad things only has to look at the Clintons.
