Al, thanks for the great response! I will do more testing to see how he has things set up, might just see if I can borrow his MacBook while he goes to lunch or something...

He should be logging into the domain and would have to be using his proper Windows domain name, so I am not sure why it is not already showing up that way. I'll ask our network admin how she set him up. He might be the only Mac/Parallels person running this Fox app...
