But not as the design rules from south of the vineyards told everybody. It was the quickl'n'dirty way everybody was using it. Don't acuse Win 95 for it. At least it was better then the ugly pastel rubbish they do now and one can not change. I mean it's okay to set up there stupid designs but why stop the user from setting it own colors?
