Dragan,
i try to implement a neutral scrollable container,
that is, one that does not generate events in the active control,
like the VFP grid native class,
but it is not possible.
Valid event fire before Mousedown on the scrollbar.
Only way, if exists, is with OSMessage bindevent ... but it is a very complex,
and I do not have time for a job so long.
