I have found time to check this and that.

What is running now is:
Win 8.1, 64bit
Office 2016, 32 bit

Access 2013 driver, 32bit package from https://www.microsoft.com/de-DE/download/details.aspx?id=39358

The 64bit package fails (the odbc32 looks like the access exists). I have not deeper evaluated the problem since the 32bit works.

Thanks for your help.
