I have found time to check this and that.
What is running now is:
Win 8.1, 64bit
Office 2016, 32 bit
Access 2013 driver, 32bit package from
https://www.microsoft.com/de-DE/download/details.aspx?id=39358The 64bit package fails (the odbc32 looks like the access exists). I have not deeper evaluated the problem since the 32bit works.
