I even tried this:

oProcess.oResponse.Clear()
oProcess.oResponse.ContentType = "text/xml"
oProcess.oResponse.Write("<test>Test</test>")
oProcess.oResponse.End()

Only the inner XML is displayed. IE does not want to recognize the file as being displayed as XML.
