I had assumed since automatic updates were turned on that everything would be up to date but indeed the network card driver was old so I have updated it now. I will see over the next couple of days whether that fixes the problem.

>Do you have an updated device driver for Windows 10? It could be an older driver. It could also be a current driver that's not allowing the value to be changed rather than Windows.
