I recall using that earlier version in my VFP7 development for quite a few years.
Often, that was when I was maintaining a FP2.5/DOS application. It was quite easy to open up VFP7, CD to the FP-dos source code, and search an entire folder of .PRGs to figure out where and how a particular field was being used.
