I have experienced this with NT when I have the output folder open and selected in Windows Explorer. You just need to select a different folder in Explorer. This is an OS thing which Setup Wizard cannot control.

You might also get this if one of the files being compressed was still in use by VFP (try closing files or CLEAR ALL here).
