I am working with a VM and the O/S is Windows Server 2012 R2.

If I want to compile and run a program from within the Project Manager, I must choose the RECOMPILE ALL FILES check box. If I do not choose this option, then I get errors when I try to run the forms in the system, saying that this "Form does not exist." My main problem with choosing to RECOMPILE ALL FILES is that it changes the date-time stamp of each of those files; and, when you want to know which files you worked on, you can no longer easily determine that, if you didn't write it down somewhere.

How can we get back to the good old days of only compiling the files you worked on and not having to choose Recompile All Files?
