>That makes things worse because now it's a one-off and difficult to fix. My time here will be diminished until it can be resolved.
I am doing everything I can to try to resolve this issue. Or, to try to understand what is causing this locally so we can get things back to normal.
So far, I have collected this information:
1. Microsoft Edge browser
2. A login is not recognized so you end up anonymously
3. The above is then the same as if you would have clicked directly on "Try it before creating an account"
In that simulation, what I am interesting in knowing is at the first time this happened, it means you probably get a few hundreds messages (the last four days I recall). Then, on the next attempt, you ended up with no message (no new messages probably since the last pointer). So, it means the cookie works up to a certain point. That would explain why you saw the Cookies enabled in that browser. The question is why is it not working from the login. Could you do a login again, by entering username and password, and followed by a click on "Log in". Then, simply do not do any other transactions on the site from that browser and let me know of the exact time you did it. If you have the IP address, that would help me.
I assume you have another browser you can use, which works ok, to exchange on the topic.
