I believe also you are probably making reference to those message having lots of contributors where can you check them so they receive a direct copy of the reply. For those, yes, I see what you mean. One option, in order to keep the toolbar standard at the bottom everywhere, would be to offer a collapsable support for that section as well. By that, if that section would be collapsed, and the images section would be collapsed, then the toolbar would be pretty much right under the message. But, I could also add an option to offer the toolbar to be just below directly the message. Would that do?
