>I don't share that opinion, but you would be surprised how many 20-somethings DO. I have heard that, or the belief that he is Muslim or at least an Arab, from the youth more times than I can count....

You're right, it's not just a viewpoint of older people.

I've never cared one iota about his religious beliefs. And even though I'm not a spiritual person, it does concern me when he lectures one religion and gives another a pass.

On the point about Harvard (responding to Bill), here are some facts:

- Obama will not release his Harvard records. (Contrary to Republican conspiracy theories, the records are not "sealed". He simply choose not to release them). Given the academic context of his background and what he and his supporters boast as his skill ("keen legal mind"), the fact that he hasn't released them definitely warrants some level of suspicion.

Then again, the fact that his executive orders have been shot down plenty of times by the appellate courts is really all we need to know about his actual legal skills. :)

- He was give the position to run the Harvard Law Review, despite having never been formally published. This is "almost" unheard of.

As someone who has been writing for periodicals for over a decade and has studied the magazine industry since my teens, the idea of giving that level of responsibility in legal journalism to someone who never penned content for the group....well, that's like an inexperienced amateur being voted in as president of a country. Oh, wait....
