Unfortunately vfp report is limited for extra solutions problems because there is no suffisent classes and
updated ones to work with. People cannot every time reinvent the wheel as in this case !
you can use applications playing with bullets as for ex.

2 -RTFbox (can set programmatly bullets & indent and generate rtf report file)
3 -HTML (convert easily any vfp table to html even with beautify cool css and introduce bullets wanted).
bullets can be added programmatly with tags < ul >, < li>
then can generate programmatly an html report doing your goal.
