The problem is like. (simplified, it spans over multiple of classes)
DEFINE CLASS frmForm as FORM
 gcPropSource = 'gnIdx'
 gnidx = 0
 gnotherprop = 0

 procedure eventhandler
*set gnotherprop 
 endproc

 procedure otherpropuser
*do something with gnotherprop, but not bound to the event
 endproc

 procedure init
  bindevent(THIS,THIS.gcPropSource,THIS,'gnotherprop')
 endproc
ENDDEFINE

DEFINE CLASS frm inherited as frmForm 
 gcPropSource = 'gnOoops'
 gnOoops = 0
enddefine
If I AEVENT - EVALUATE in eventhandler, I simply can EVALUATE in otherpropuser. This is lesser EVALUATE.
The idea was to not EVALUATE at all.
