this code moves a form without titlebar only but dont create a button on the native titlebar.

use always thisform.hwnd instead getFocus because this causes problems when you have activeX on the form
(they take the focus).
Getfocus was used if i remember on old forms (vfp5 or 6 when there is no form.hwnd at this time).
