And I could see them dropping or selling off the both products in the future. I.e. MS dropped "Small Business Accounting" when it realized that it couldn't beat Quick Books. And I suspect that MS is losing the war with Sage when it comes to ERP systems too.

I don't know Sage but I know despite of has an ERP built for big companies (AX), MS uses itself SAP ERP... :)

SAP dominates big company ERP market and unfortunately I'm not a SAP developer. But fortunately being an AX deveper is better than stay as a VFP developer...

I saw Quick Books. It's easy and simple but NAV is easy either. Plus all source code of NAV is open and you can customise NAV in any way. I know Quick Books is not an open code accounting application?
