Ok, I thought you had it ok working with IE 11.

So, that includes the possibility of PC level related setting.

Can you install temporarily, if you do not have it, Firefox, for example, and see if you can make it ok with that one?

The first two browsers you are using are Microsoft based so maybe there is a Microsoft setting that affects both. I would be curious to know if you have the same with Firefox.
