If you have a name conflict I don't know of a way to resolve that in Quick Access: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-files/windows-10-file-manager-quick-access-can-i-alias/6ba3df2a-cee0-457d-81a3-f6b2dd27a034

You could create desktop shortcuts to the folders in question, then you could name them whatever you'd like.
