in general you have not the specific video/audio codecs to play this file.
1-the Windows media player in principe, if dont play at star,t tells you that and ask in a dialog to search codecs on the web.

2-you can download and install free codecs as :K-Lite Codec Pack Full

but that may troubbleshot others.in this case uninstall.

3-can download a free player as UMplayer .i tried it there is some months ago.
