A few months ago i had the same problem. According to the KB it has something to do with the PATH setting in your autoexec.bat. The problem is that it cannot find the config.fpw (even if it's included in your exe) and as a result of that it give you a DO ? dialog (obvious isn't it?).

I didn't find any problems in the path settings and i figured that the problem must be in the windows internal path setting. There it became to complicated and i decided to reinstall W95, after which it worked fine.
