I thought that the problem was illegals using SSN's of dead people - which has happened like 6.5 million times.

..so this is the fault of the IRS and Social Security messing up - not ACA....right?

There have been about 141,000 original SSNs to individuals authorized to work under the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) ...but those are legitimate SSN's that should of been assigned, so again I fail to see how this is a problem with ACA.
