Doesn't matter if you move - you still have to pay the taxes no matter where you live. The USA is one of the few countries that actually does this.. Only option is to give up your USA passport and citizenship - which more people are doing these days.

I would like to try living outside the USA for a year or two sometime - but the prospect of having to pay taxes twice has kept me from really trying to pull it off.
