I did read the docs and at least I finally got the explanation for some annoying bugs which were there since a forever or two... And if I ever hit the wall with VFP not being 64-bit, then I'll surely go for this. So far, VFP does what I need as it is now. Adding one more difference between IDE and runtime at this stage would only require more time to debug things.

But thanks for reminding me, it may be about time to think again.
