Not convincing at all. Somewhat aggressive, mocking... but the "he didn't dismiss local traffic" is not true, IIRC - I remember the OP mentioned that as not counting; he also (IIRC) mentioned most of those would be retries. The author of the rebuke just said the same things much louder, which is less than convincing.
