Sadly it's been a dismal failure in Kansas - they gave a bunch of corporate tax breaks - and now the result is they keep taking money out of education. Gov. Sam Brownback just said a couple days ago that another cut of $45 million in public-school funding. I was shocked he got re-elected, considering what he's done to the states finances...another reason for my lack of faith in the American voter.
